Employees see every record attached to their employment. No hidden flags, no secret databases.
Data Minimization
Only employment-relevant data is collected. No biometric data. No unnecessary personal details.
Access Control & Audit
Every action is logged. Employees can request their audit trail. Rate limiting prevents abuse.
Right to Challenge
Employees can dispute any record. Disputes trigger a resolution workflow. Incorrect records can be corrected or flagged.
What We Will Never Do
No Blacklists
We do not operate as a blacklist database. No secret negative lists.
No Secret Searches
Employers cannot search by name alone. A valid reference code is always required.
No Old Code Tracking
Previous reference codes expire. Old employers cannot continuously track former employees.
No Subjective Labels
No free-text misconduct accusations. Only structured, evidence-backed statuses.
